Actiwise is for you who are serious about achieving your set goal. You will get a personalized training schedule, which has been fitted to meet your needs and balanced such as to accomodate to your regular schedule.
I will be following you all the way and offer free sparring and joined training sessions, to expose your true potential as an athlete. Personal, simplistic og effective

Mikkel Mortensen
I have a great deal of experience regarding planning and implementation of training passes for endurance sport athletes, especially for triathletes and runners.
Lasse Jeppesen
I am responsible for 1:1 training plans for athletes and develop the physiological part of Actiwise in both daily training and races. Furthermore, I focus on training philosophy, nutrition and many other topics.
Håkon Magnus Holm
I am passionate about helping people push through their boundaries to unlock their full potential in a safe and sustainable way. I am responsible for the 1:1 mental coaching session in Actiwise. During the coaching session we make you consciously aware about how you maximize your performance and help you develop your personal strategi. Our sessions aim to make you mentally tougher and help you to develop coping strategies to create higher levels of performance.

1:1 MENTAL TRAINING
Move your performance with mental training
1:1 Mental training and coaching sessions
The mental part plays a big role in the good performance. Are you nervous about hit the wall during a race? Not performing as you would like? Do you give up when it gets tough? Through 1: 1 coaching conversations, you can get help to make the right decisions for training and racing, find faith in yourself and mentally prepare for the competition. In addition, it can help to get control of motivation or solve another challenge whether it´s in the sport or anything else relevant to you.

We focus on daily nutrition intake
We start with a short mental training workshop after we go out and practice it in a brick training
We meet at 08.00 am at Café Jorden rundt Strandvejen and bike together to Elsinore or meet us at 10.00 am at Elsinore at Værftet, from here we ride the course in our own pace incl. some race specific intervals.
