Trainer
Mikkel has been a coach since 2014 and has worked with athletes through Actiwise since 2015. His experience as a triathlete has given him valuable insight into the mental aspects of performance. Since 2021, he has focused on performance optimization through mental training for athletes, emphasizing the importance of practicing it in real-world scenarios.
As an assistant coach at KTK86, he contributes to annual planning and training sessions, striving to balance peak performance with well-being.
Mikkel holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Physical Activity from the University of Copenhagen and is pursuing a master’s degree in Health and Sports with a focus on Competitive and Elite Sports at the University of Southern Denmark. His work emphasizes balancing top-level performance with mental health.

Trainer
With several years of experience in coaching and mental training, Håkon works as a mental coach for both world-class athletes and recreational sports enthusiasts. He believes that self-awareness and self-control are the foundations for achieving success, both personally and in sports.
In his role at Hvidovre IF’s Talent Academy, he applies his expertise in talent development, mental health, and performance optimization.
Håkon is also an active speaker and has delivered talks on high-performance teams, mental health, and compassion for international companies such as Carlsberg, Sweco, and Novozymes.
With a master’s degree in Sports Science from the University of Copenhagen, specializing in talent development and sports psychology, Håkon has a strong foundation in personal development, mindfulness training, and visualization. He has also studied at the University of South Florida.

Lasse holds a master’s degree in Human Physiology from the University of Copenhagen and specializes in performance optimization and endurance training. With experience as a teaching assistant in physical training and athlete testing, he has a strong background in training physiology, strength training, and nutrition.
As a former Ironman participant and runner, Lasse combines his theoretical knowledge with practical experience to help athletes improve their performance. His approach is based on data-driven analysis and tailored solutions, ensuring targeted and effective training.
