I am responsible for the 1:1 mental coaching session in Actiwise.

During the coaching session we make you consciously aware about how you maximize your performance and help you develop your personal strategi. Our sessions aim to make you mentally tougher and help you to develop coping strategies to create higher levels of performance. 

I have a master’s degree in sport science from the University of Copenhagen and have gained experience from some of the best talent development programs in Denmark. I have been working as a mental student in FC Copenhagen. During the time I made a project about athlete leadership and wrote my thesis on the youth to senior transition in professional football. Currently I am employed as a sport psychologist at TheView Copenhagen Basketball and Hvidovre IFs youth development program, where I am responsible for developing the mental training curriculum and implement it. 

I am well suited to take on a challenge giving my experience in implementing my knowledge on talent development, team cohesion and mental training,

I am passionate about helping people push through their boundaries to unlock their full potential in a safe and sustainable way.

I hold a Master’s degree in Sports Science from the University of Copenhagen, specializing in talent development and sports psychology. With extensive experience in some of Denmark’s top talent development settings, I’ve successfully served as a mental performance coach for elite athletes and fitness enthusiasts. 

Furthermore, I have been a keynote speaker at international Danish companies such as Carlsberg, Sweco and Novozymes

Fun facts

I play the Sunday league football at Østerbro Ifs 2 team. Here I live by my own principles since I really appreciate the fellowship and camaraderie on a football team. Furthermore I am passionate about all sorts of sports ranging from NFL to biathlon.
